Only I'm on crutches & I got a bit worried with all the people & dogs around I might get knocked & I'm not allowed to put weight on my bad foot.Glad to hear it went really well for you & great to see all the dogs that have been reserved. Fab birthday party. Well done to all who made it so memorable. Our best yet. Thanks to everyone for the generous donations which will go towards even better facilities for the greyhounds in our care whilst they wait for their forever homes. Thanks too to the Disney Store in Touchwood for sending along two of their staff to help us by looking after our visitors, and to Dave who errected the temporary roof for our photographer to have her studio

Thanks for everything that you all did to make today a lovely day - it was great to see you all. Without you all at Daybreaks, we wouldn't have met and adopted our wonderful, special dogs - and for that I give you a personal big thank-you. I wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped today and to everyone who came along to support our fund-raising for our 4th birthday celebrations. Including a couple of very generous donations, a whopping £800+ was raised and this will go towards vital improvements at Daybreaks. Thank you so much everyone who supported us xxxx

well its been a fabulous day with glorious sunshine and lots of greys and their mum and dads visiting buying lots of my cakes and enjoying the party. as usual its been a great team effort but special thanks from my side will have to go to Abbie Bryce and Christopher Barrett for helping me this morning setting up the cakestall, it would not have got done in time without you guys. love to all and thanks for making it a special daybreaks birthday day. Roxy's at the vets now with Craig, hopefully having her dressings removed so she'll want to come and show off all her war scars! We'll definitely pop in at some point. x

We are running a silent auction as well this year - some great items available. Ina's fantastic stall will have some scrummy cakes available - I am really looking forward to tomorrow and hope the sun shines for us.

People can park in Old Damson Lane or by the B&B at the bottom of the drive to the kennels.

We have some different things going on this year.... with a professional pet photographer, Indian Head Massager, chocolate fountain and much more..... you will be surprised to see what will be in one of the kennels as well!!!!!!! Please come along and support us - this year DOGS ARE WELCOME!

Hi Ruth, Hopefully will be able to come with Peg & Max. Sorry unable to do last roadshow in Mell Square. Have been in hospital & had an operation on my left foot last month.
