sounds like you all had a fantastic night...sorry i could not come but i had to work this weekend...also i am totally phobic about snakes and would not be able to be in the same building as them but i would have loved to have met some of the other animals...xxx

What a brilliant night! very funny and very informative,we really enjoyed it. Even the entertainment in the interval was great,my sister managed to lock herself in the loo!it doesnt get much better than that! Oh yes it does, Linda baked me a cake for my birthday,is it nice? well im having 3 birthdays a year from now on.Thanks Linda,and thanks to everyone who organised the evening.

What a fantasic evening we had. I got my wish to hold the tarantula (weird I know!) and saw some fantasic animals. Steve was so entertaining and passionate about his animals and his underlying message about the environment still comes across. Thanks to Julie for organising this great event. PS... Lola and Lena had a good suspicious sniff of us when we got home so not sure where they thought we'd been! xx

It was fantastic wasn't it?? I'm still laughing at some of the things Steve said, just great fun and so amazing to be that close to the creatures ..I'm having a Coatimundi (if that's how you spell it .. ) and didn't Marcia look so at home with that 12' Boa draped round her neck (eeeekkk). Can't wait to see the photos too :) Steve was saying that they'd been on Alan Titchmarsh's TV programme recently so I'm going to trawl iPlayer and try to find that too. Thank you to everyone who came and gave so generously to the raffle, bought tea or merchandise .. especially the lovely cakes baked by Jill and Pam. I'm not sure of the final total but I reckon we made about £500 profit last night which is really fantastic so a huge thank you to everyone who came, helped and donated. Julie xx

Yes I agree, we had a great night. We would love to go again to see this. So good to be able to be up close to these beautiful creatures. Thank you to the organisers.

Thankyou to everyone who organised tonight, it was brilliant! Me, the boys, my Mum and Dad had a lovely time, just amazing to get so close to animals that you've probably only seen on television or in a zoo...and to know that they are all rescue animals and to hear Steve talk so passionately about them made the evening that little bit more special x

There are tickets left - I checked with Steve and he lets them have a run about so you can all get close to them, stroke them and hold them :) All his animals are well used to the public- Steve funds his rescue by doing public displays so please support him - and it should be a really fun night :)
Just a warning .... he does count the Meerkats before he comes so no sneaking one home :) J x

Steve brings a selection of animals, birds and reptiles to the TTouch training courses I assist on as he rescues them and needs to fund his rescue so does these public displays/talks .. he is lovely and if only he wouldn't count how many Meerkats he brings :) ... It's fabulous to be so close up to all of them so please come along - it should be a really fun night :) J x
